The fact that we are in a land rich in mountain water has giving us the chance to preserve the native products with an excellent quality, main source for a great gastronomy tradition.

The veggie patch, our enormous and varied fruit and vegetables cultivation; dried soil which allows cultivate cereals half way through and up the mountain; the olive trees, of which we get the purest of all oils; the great and spectacular flock of sheep which you can see strolling up the hills and down the valleys, breeding the most exquisite meat; and game hunting, currently very active around this area, all together are the ingredients needed for a magnificent native and delicious table.
